1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CrumAtlas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use CrumAtlas.
2. Use of the Service
CrumAtlas is a conversational AI and agentic coding assistant. You may use it for personal or professional purposes, provided that you do not use it to:
- Generate malicious code or facilitate cyberattacks.
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass the service's rate limits or AI proxies.
- Generate harassing, abusive, or harmful content.
3. Intellectual Property
The software, design, and assets of CrumAtlas are owned by CrumWorld Industries (Private) Limited. You retain ownership of the input (prompts, files) you provide and the output generated by the AI based on your input, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
4. Accounts and Credits
Some features require a CrumWorld account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. CrumAtlas may employ a "Daily AI Credits" system. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and reset according to the policies set by CrumWorld. We reserve the right to modify credit limits, costs, or access to the service at any time without notice.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
CrumAtlas is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. The AI models can make mistakes, generate inaccurate code, or produce unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any code or information generated by CrumAtlas before using it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrumWorld Industries (Private) Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use CrumAtlas.
6. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue CrumAtlas (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
